That certainly is a heavy duty fence shot from a low angle. Just as those concrete balls are interesting in another shot. I am sure I have seen those somewhere here in the city, too! Thanks for visiting. I added the note to my post that the spot lighted steeple was shot at night, hence darkness!

Yes, the camera was almost ground level. The concrete balls B&W photo are from a Target store outlet.
