Where are the boys?
On weekends, neighborhood boys play soccer on this field to hone skills. And they’re fun to watch. On this particular early Saturday morn not a raucous sound nearby, maybe they would arrive later and I was too early. I left the area but not after taking this shot on a porch nearby.

Cheers to your shots & the silhouette of the palms..I like #53 too-
ReplyDeleteWhat a light clear sky.
ReplyDeleteI love that skywatching image thru the palms.
ReplyDeleteDanton: That was a neat sky shot over the playing feild.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day !
ReplyDeleteI love scattered clouds.
ReplyDeleteSydney - City and Suburbs
Very nice skies, in the top one the clouds look like snow, and I thought it was Southern CA. the moment I saw it.
ReplyDeleteI was born and raised in OC.
Those are pretty clouds in the backgrounds of both pictures. I'm guessing since it's summer and all, most boys would not want to be up too early!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my SWF post. Yes, that was rain. We got a bit of it on us as we traveled, but we were not close enough for the downpourr.
Nice clear skies. Great shots!
ReplyDeleteCheers.
this sky is so pretty! beautiful shot!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos for sky watch friday, the view peeking through the trees is really lovely.
ReplyDeleteWhat I've noticed since joining SWF is how we have all learned to 'read' our own skies, but when I see other skies, eg with clouds described by the blogger as 'thunderheads' often the sky isn't saying 'thunder' to me! Now here, I'm seeing a bright morning with a bit of a breeze. But this is summer in Florida and I wonder how wrong I am?! Lovely shot through the palms. And yes, I did see the interloper in the post above this - but not before enlarging!
ReplyDeleteJanice.
Great shots of that pebble type of sky. Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteNice captures of the scattered clouds, looked like cottons. Thanks for the visit. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteThose trees look like pinwheels against the sky. I also read the Jill Robinson book - I'm fascinated by our brains...
